Zepto, a quick commerce company, has announced the appointment of Sneha Arora as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her new role, Sneha will focus on strengthening a workplace where people feel a deep sense of belonging, growth is supported, and every individual is empowered to do meaningful work.
A seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience, Sneha has helped shape people and culture strategies across e-commerce, fintech, and technology sectors. She has played a pivotal role in building scalable HR practices, enabling leadership capability, and nurturing strong, values-driven cultures through periods of change and growth.
