Zaggle, a SaaS fintech firm, acquired a 98.32% controlling stake in Span Across IT Solutions (TaxSpanner) for ₹32.07 crore, making it a subsidiary.
The acquisition allows Zaggle to provide employees with an end-to-end tax management solution that helps them right from tax filing to tax saving, expanding its capabilities in financial wellness and employee benefits.
