Wingify, the parent company of the experimentation and experience optimization platform VWO, backed by Everstone Capital, announced the acquisition of Blitzllama, an AI-powered user insights platform that enables teams to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback in real-time.

The acquisition strengthens VWO’s capabilities by bringing continuous, AI-led user research to the optimization ecosystem already used by thousands of teams globally.

As Blitzllama’s capabilities are integrated into VWO, all existing Blitzllama customers will upgrade seamlessly to the VWO platform, maintaining uninterrupted access to their data and support. The integration will help product teams bridge the gap between what users do and why they do it, providing a more connected path from user signals to validated improvements.

Founded in 2021 by Rahul Mallapur, Joel Koshy and Bently nixon, Blitzllama developed an AI-driven user insights platform for fast-growing digital businesses. The company works with several leading fintech & retail brands, helping teams capture contextual in-product feedback and analyze reviews, support conversations, and interviews at scale. Its AI models automatically summarize open-ended responses, identify themes, and gauge sentiment, enabling teams to move from raw qualitative inputs to actionable insights in hours, rather than weeks. Selected for Y Combinator’s Winter 2022 batch and backed by 2am VC and other SaaS investors, Blitzllama has been used to inform product decisions grounded in direct user feedback.

Sparsh Gupta, CEO and Co-founder, Wingify, said, “AI has changed how teams listen to their users. Instead of episodic research, teams now rely on continuous, AI-interpreted signals that reveal what users are experiencing and pinpoint areas of friction. Blitzllama strengthens this capability within VWO, providing our customers with a clearer and faster route from user insights to validated experience improvements. It fits naturally into our goal of helping teams make confident, data-driven decisions that drive growth and retention.”

Sandeep Singh, Managing Director, Everstone Capital, said, “Wingify continues to demonstrate how an India-built SaaS company can lead globally through innovation, profitability, and customer impact. The acquisition of Blitzllama reinforces Wingify’s commitment to combining experimentation with AI-led user understanding, an area that will define the next decade of product growth. We’re excited to support the team as they continue building one of the most comprehensive experience optimization platforms globally.”

Founded in 2010 by Sparsh Gupta, Wingify is a global SaaS company backed by Everstone Capital, headquartered in Delhi. Its flagship product, VWO, helps brands optimize digital experiences and drive business growth.

VMO combines powerful experimentation capabilities with AI-driven insights to help businesses make data-backed decisions that improve customer experience and accelerate growth.

VWO is used by over 3,000 brands across 90+ countries, including Decathlon, Flydubai, UNICEF, Disney, Flynas, and Amway, to improve conversions and enhance user journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Over the past year, Wingify has achieved profitable growth, with ARR approaching $60 million, driven by strong enterprise adoption globally.
