Veranda Learning Solutions, an enterprise offering end-to-end solutions in the education space, has announced Saurani Pathan Mohasin Khan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mohasin takes over from Saradha Govindarajan, who steps down to pursue personal interests and commitments.
A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), Mr. Mohasin joined Veranda in 2022 and has since served as Deputy General Manager – Finance. His elevation reflects Veranda’s commitment to nurturing internal talent.
Prior to Veranda, he held finance roles at Merit Data and Technology and Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital and began his career with M. Srinivasan & Associates.

Veranda Learning also announced the appointment of Abinaya Kalpathi, the younger daughter of the firm’s Executive Director and Chairman Suresh Kalpathi, as Assistant General Manager – Marketing.
A well-qualified professional, Abinaya holds a bachelor’s degree from Imperial College London and a master’s degree from Queen’s University Belfast.
In her new role, she will be playing a key role in driving brand strategy, digital outreach, and student engagement efforts across the company’s diverse portfolio.
