UTI Asset Management Company (UTI AMC) announced the appointment of Kapil Udaiwal as the President & Head – Human Resources.
Udaiwal has over 23 years of experience across ITES, IT, and BFSI sectors. He has worked with organizations such as Aptech and Infosys, and for the last 13+ years was associated with Ageas Federal Life Insurance Company as Chief Human Resource Officer.
At Ageas Federal, he successfully led the company’s journey to become a “Great Place to Grow” while managing a workforce of 2,200+ across 77+ locations and driving HR integration from Ageas Global Office (Belgium) to India.
Udaiwal holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of Rajasthan, a Master of Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from the University of Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM – PM & HRD) from the Indian Institute of Modern Management (IIMM).
