Uniphore, a business AI company, has raised $260 million in its Series F funding round from NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks.
The round also saw participation from financial and sovereign investors, including NEA, March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures.
The funding was raised at a valuation of $2.5 billion.
The fresh funds raised will be used to accelerate innovation on its AI and data platform – Business AI Cloud – while deepening its ecosystem.
Founded in 2008 by Umesh Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi, Uniphore provides an enterprise AI platform that connects systems of record, knowledge, and workflows. Its Business AI Cloud allows organizations to deploy AI agents and automate operations while maintaining control over data and governance.
