TurboHire, an AI-powered recruitment automation platform for enterprises, has raised $6 million in its Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.
The fresh funds raised will be used to scale its global expansion, strengthen product capabilities, and deepen integrations with HR tech ecosystems.
In September 2022, TurboHire raised $2 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Pentathlon and The Chennai Angels with participation from T-Fund, Purvansh Holdings, Mumbai Angels, and Hyderabad Angels.
Founded in 2019 by Deepak Agrawal, Rakesh Nayak and Gaurav Kumar, TurboHire is an AI & automation-powered platform that transforms the hiring process for enterprises.
TurboHire enhances hiring speed, accuracy, and decision-making while drastically reducing time-to-hire and manual effort. The platform integrates effortlessly with global HRMS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Workday.
The platform is already trusted by over 120 enterprises, including Cipla, Tata Motors, PwC, Lenskart, Britannia, and major conglomerates like RPG Group, Motilal Oswal Group, and ANI Technologies (Ola).
