Total Environment, an architect-led real estate and design firm, has announced the appointment of Pavankumar Hansoge as Group Chief Operating Officer.
Pavankumar Hansoge brings over 34 years of global experience in engineering, manufacturing, and large-scale project delivery.
Pavan has led high-performing, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, with a strong record in transformation, operational excellence, and technology-driven innovation across both the consumer goods and automotive component sectors.
He began his career at Bosch, where he built a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing excellence. He later held senior Engineering Leadership roles at PepsiCo and Unilever, driving major initiatives in capital projects, automation, and sustainability.
Most recently, as Vice President – International Engineering at PepsiCo, he led the development and rollout of affordable, next-generation, and sustainable technologies across international markets. Pavan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
In his new role at Total Environment, Pavan will lead the Product Organization, overseeing all aspects of design, engineering, construction, and manufacturing. He will focus on strengthening craft capabilities, improving cross-functional collaboration, and driving execution excellence across the company’s product and delivery ecosystem.
