In his new role at SwiffyLabs, Babu will leverage his deep expertise to drive innovation and growth in the banking vertical by building, and further strengthening SwiffyLabs’ position as a leader in fintech and banking solutions.
Babu is a Core Banking Technology expert in the industry with over three decades of experience in conceptualizing, building and transforming in the domain of digital banking, core banking, lending, cash management, payments and trade finance products and technologies. Babu brings in-depth industry knowledge and strategic expertise to the company.
Babu is known as the architect of Finacle, a widely recognised UBS Banking Platform owned by Infosys.
Over 24 years at Finacle, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its product strategy, architecture, design and development, making it a market-fit solution for the world including key markets like India, USA, MENA and Singapore. Also, contributed to highly complex digital banking, core banking and lending transformation programs.
Babu is also one of the early members of Navi Technologies, where over 3 years, he has contributed to building a highly scalable data-driven and intelligent digital lending tech platform to power Navi’s lending products.
Babu is also an angel investor in startups and actively mentoring young minds and founders in the startup ecosystem.
