Singularity AMC, a growth-equity investment platform, has invested in Lohia Aerospace Systems, an advanced materials and composites manufacturing company for full aerostructures and systems, serving global aerospace and defence markets.
The fresh capital will be used to expand its product capabilities and deepen its global relationships.
Founded in 2021 by the Lohia family, Lohia Aerospace Systems specialises in designing and manufacturing complex structures and materials used in aircraft, UAVs, and next-generation aerospace and defence platforms.
With vertically integrated facilities and world-class engineering and production capabilities, Lohia Aerospace supplies complex composite components, assemblies, and aerostructures to leading aerospace and defence OEMs worldwide.
