Schneider Electric, a digital transformation of energy management and automation, has announced the appointment of Damini Chaudhari as Vice President – Services, Greater India, effective 1 October 2025.
She succeeds Ramesh Jha, who has played a pivotal role in driving the Services Transformation journey for the Greater India zone. Jha has moved on to a new global role of SVP for Global Services Strategy and Operations within Schneider Electric, where he will continue to contribute to the company’s transformation and growth.
In her new role, Chaudhari will lead the Services Business for the Zone with full P&L responsibility, while also taking on additional responsibility for the ESE MV Business, which was previously led by Jha. She will focus on bringing thought leadership and accelerating Schneider Electric’s transformation journey in line with the company’s growth ambitions.
Since joining Schneider Electric in 2016 as Director, Corporate M&A, Chaudhari has managed various roles, including Zone-wide Strategy, M&A, and CSR, launching successful business transformation programs and shaping Schneider Electric’s future roadmap.
