Schneider Electric, a digital transformation company in energy management and automation, has announced the appointment of Bhavna Verma as Vice President – Strategy and M&A for its Greater India operations. She takes over from Damini Chaudhari, who recently assumed the role of Vice President – Services.
This marks Verma’s return to Schneider Electric, where she previously served as Exports Director in the M&A Integration Office and held key positions in Strategy and Sales Excellence.
In her new mandate, Verma will lead Corporate Strategy, Software Strategy, Sales Excellence, and CSR for the Greater India zone. She will play a central role in shaping and executing the organisation’s mid- and long-term growth roadmap.
With more than 17 years of experience across management consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, and marketing, Verma brings a strong record of designing and delivering high-impact strategies spanning both organic and inorganic growth. Her career includes leadership roles at Cargill, Honeywell, EY, and previously at Schneider Electric. Most recently at Cargill, she led strategy, category marketing, and product management for the Food Solutions business.
