Tempsens Instruments, a manufacturers of temperature sensors, cables, heaters, and calibration equipment, has announced the appointment of Ruchika Godha, Chief Operating Officer at Advaiya Solutions, as an Independent Director on its Board.
Known for her ability to combine strategic foresight with operational excellence, Ruchika has built a strong reputation for driving transformation and nurturing high-performance cultures. At Advaiya, she leads company-wide operations, brand development, and employee effectiveness programs—crafting strategies that elevate talent, enhance performance, and drive organizational growth. Her holistic leadership approach has been instrumental in positioning Advaiya as an innovation-driven and future-ready enterprise.
Ruchika also serves in leadership roles beyond Advaiya, including as an Independent Director at Udaipur Urja Initiatives Producer Company and Director at Kamal Cement Udyog.
Holding a Master’s degree in Management Science (Human Resource Development) and a Diploma in HRD, she brings to the Tempsens Board a unique blend of people-centric strategy and business acumen.
