Rosetta Hospitality, a diverse collection of meticulously planned, ecologically sustainable luxury resorts, announced the appointment of Gayatri Dravid as Group Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing.
With nearly two decades of distinguished experience in hospitality communications and brand strategy, Gayatri steps into this role having championed marketing and PR mandates for some of the most renowned hospitality brands in India. Her journey has encompassed leadership roles across key markets, where she has been at the helm of strategic campaigns, luxury partnerships, and transformation initiatives that have consistently elevated brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
In her career, Gayatri has been instrumental in shaping some of India’s leading hospitality brands through their most pivotal moments. She spearheaded the pre- and post-opening communications for The Leela Palace Udaipur and The Leela Palace New Delhi in Chanakyapuri, playing a key role in positioning these flagship properties during landmark launches. Gayatri was also part of the pre-opening team for J.W. Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, where she directed all PR and marketing communications that set the tone for a highly anticipated debut.
Her expertise extends beyond the Indian market with hotel launches across Southeast Asia. Gayatri was also instrumental in the brand integration of The Fern Hotels and Resorts with the Series by Marriott brand in India, following its partnership with Marriott International earlier this year. Gayatri also helmed the press launch of ESPA in India, lending her vision to an award-winning luxury spa brand’s debut into the Indian market. These diverse experiences have given her a nuanced understanding of luxury hospitality communications, blending creativity with on-ground precision, a foundation that now drives her role at Rosetta Hospitality.
In her new capacity at Rosetta Hospitality, Gayatri will spearhead the group’s marketing mandate: communications, public relations, and integrated marketing – overseeing all facets from brand storytelling to media outreach, reputation management, and digital innovation.
