With over two decades of experience spanning digital transformation, technology delivery, customer experience, and large-scale operations, Nitin brings deep expertise in managing complex, multi-region enterprise deployments across BFSI (Insurance & Financial Services) and Technology domains, including enterprise software and IT services. He has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and overseen end-to-end delivery across diverse geographies.
Nitin’s expertise covers program governance, operational frameworks, mobile and enterprise application delivery, customer success, and building high-performing technical teams that consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.
In his role as Head of Global Delivery & Solution Engineering, Nitin will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle from onboarding and integration to implementation, support, and long-term adoption. He will focus on strengthening delivery processes, standardizing execution models, reducing time-to-value for customers, and ensuring that every engagement meets Protectt.ai’s benchmark for quality, reliability, and responsiveness.
