Protean eGov Technologies, a technology company that focuses on developing digital public infrastructure and e-governance solutions, has appointed Ranbheer Singh Dhariwal as Group Head – Social Security & Welfare.
In his new role, Dhariwal will lead Protean’s Central Recordkeeping Agency under the Social Security & Welfare vertical, serving as CRA Head & Principal Officer under PFRDA regulations. He will be responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing product development for NPS, APY & UPS, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Dhariwal was most recently the CEO of Max Life Pension Fund and brings over twenty-five years of experience across pension funds, insurance, and BPO services. Protean currently commands a dominant 98% market share in the CRA segment for NPS, APY & UPS.
