NTT DATA Business Solutions announced the appointment of Krunal Patel as Managing Director (MD) of India.
Krunal brings over 21 years of experience in driving business growth, customer success, and digital innovation across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. As the India Business Head, Krunal has developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, enabling him to drive impactful results and strengthen business performance.
In his new role, Krunal will focus on accelerating revenue growth, strengthening delivery excellence, and positioning NTT DATA Business Solutions India as one of the most trusted SAP and ServiceNow shoring partners within the NTT DATA Group.
