NIVEA India announced the appointment of Bibhav Pradhan as its new Legal and Compliance Director.
With over 13 years of experience at Unilever, Bibhav brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex legal landscapes and driving compliance excellence. During his tenure at Unilever, he has led legal verticals partnering the Beauty & Wellbeing business, Digital, Media & Privacy and was also nominated as a board member representative at its subsidiary Zywie Ventures, further strengthening his strategic credentials.
In his new role at NIVEA India, Bibhav will lead the legal and compliance function—ensuring robust corporate governance, ethical integrity, and seamless regulatory navigation.
