MoEngage, the insights-led customer engagement platform for consumer brands, has raised $100 million in its Series F funding round led by existing investor Goldman Sachs Alternatives and new investor A91 Partners.
With this round, MoEngage’s total funding exceeds $250 million.
The fresh funds raised will be used to expand Merlin AI, a suite of AI Agents, including its newer Offer and Campaign Decisioning Agents, that help marketing and product teams at B2C brands launch campaigns faster and scale conversions with AI Decisioning.
Founded in 2014 by Raviteja Dodda and Yashwanth Kumar, MoEngage offers insights-led customer engagement tools that help brands target users across web, mobile, email, and messaging channels.
MoEngage empowers marketers and product owners with insights into customer behavior and the ability to act on those insights to engage customers across the web, mobile, email, social, and messaging channels. It’s Merlin AI suite, a team of AI agents, enables marketers to launch campaigns faster and scale conversions with AI Decisioning.
The platform has over 1,350 global consumer brands as clients, including SoundCloud, McAfee, Flipkart, Kayak, Domino’s, Deutsche Telekom, Travelodge, and more.
