In his new role at MediBuddy, Nijil will spearhead key operational initiatives, focusing on network expansion, customer experience enhancement, cost optimization, and building a culture of executional excellence. He will lead the company’s efforts to deliver healthcare at scale, aligned with MediBuddy’s mission to make high-quality healthcare accessible to a billion people.
An alumnus of Management Development India [MDI] Gurgaon, Nijil has consistently delivered transformative results throughout his career. At Amazon India, he played a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and driving quality, making the company a benchmark for operational excellence. His notable achievements include launching a voice assistant-based automated training program that scaled onboarding capacity during peak periods. At Marico, his innovative solution for commodity forecasting was recognized with the Marico Innovation Award.
