Medallin Sports, a sports management company, has acquired the rights to the Archery Premier League, which is currently taking place in New Delhi from October 2–12.
The acquisition adds to Medallin’s expanding portfolio of marquee properties, which already includes the Global Chess League (GCL) and Ultimate Kho Kho (UKK).
From executing the Global Chess League in Dubai and London in collaboration with Tech Mahindra and Amit Burman of the Dabur Group, to transforming indigenous formats through Ultimate Kho Kho, Medallin has consistently delivered sports entertainment at a global scale.
With a leadership team that has managed operations across the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), multiple cricket properties, and Indian Premier League (IPL) teams, Medallin combines operational excellence with creative innovation. By leveraging OTT platforms, interactive content, and digital-first campaigns, the company is redefining how sports like chess, kho kho, and archery connect with India’s millennial and Gen Z audiences.
Varun, Founder, Medallin Sports, said, “Indian sport is entering a golden decade—and leagues will be its growth engine. From managing the Global Chess League at international venues to creating indigenous properties like Ultimate Kho Kho, we’ve shown that we can build leagues athletes aspire to play in, brands want to back, and fans want to follow. With the Archery League, we’re excited to bring one of India’s most powerful Olympic sports into the spotlight, with campaigns designed to inspire and engage new-age fans.”
“Medallin’s strength lies in understanding today’s sports fans. We create leagues that are not just competitions—they’re experiences that inspire participation, fandom, and pride. Every property we build is designed to be sustainable for promoters, rewarding for athletes, and unforgettable for fans,” Varun added.
