Lenexis Foodworks, a quick service restaurant (QSR) company, has announced the appointment of Priti Deorukhkar as Head of Design, and Mayank Bhave as Business Head – Procurement (Capex & Opex, Non-Food).

With over 20 years of design leadership, Priti Deorukhkar joins Lenexis to lead the end-to-end store design, customer experience, and visual identity for Chinese Wok and Big Bowl. She has previously led impactful design mandates at McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Future group, Hypercity, and Shoppers Stop, among others.
At McDonald’s, she rolled out many stores and spearheaded the localization of international concepts like McCafé and International Design. Her most recent stint at 7-Eleven saw her design scalable, future-forward formats tailored for Indian consumers..
With more than 14 years of cross-sectoral experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor strategy, Mayank Bhave will lead procurement operations for Lenexis’ rapidly expanding QSR network.
Having worked across Retail, Real Estate, and Industrial domains, Mayank brings a nuanced understanding of procurement strategy for new store rollouts, retrofits, and large-scale operational management.
