Kaizzen, an integrated communications consultancy, launched Public Affairs Advisory Services as a new business vertical to provide a comprehensive solution that addresses the evolving needs of businesses and institutions operating in a dynamic regulatory and policy landscape.
The Public Affairs vertical has been established to address the growing need for dedicated policy advisory services and to support organizations in navigating the ever-evolving policy landscape, facilitating effective engagement with key stakeholders, and fostering an environment conducive to sustainable business growth.
In view of this, the Public Affairs vertical will offer services such as stakeholder mapping, government engagement, policy advisory & advocacy, issue management, legislative tracking, research, and narrative building.

Kaizzen has appointed two experienced professionals to lead the newly launched vertical. Jitendra Lall comes on board as a Senior Director, bringing over 27 years of experience in managing compliance, approvals, business continuity, and policy amendments across various sectors.
Additionally, Kalyan Ranjan joins as an Advisor, with over 32 years of expertise in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Public Affairs, CSR, and Sustainability. An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University and the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Ranjan has held leadership positions, including at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and is known for his philosophy, “Together, we grow.”
