JetSynthesys, a digital entertainment and technology company, announced the onboarding of industry leaders Gopal Srinivasan, Chairman of TVS Capital Funds Limited, Madhusudanan R, Co-founder of M2P Fintech, and Arjun Santhanakrishnan, Group CEO of GS Global, as the owners of the Chennai franchise in the second season of the Global e-Cricket Premier League (GEPL).

The inaugural season saw over 200,000 registrations, culminating in an intense competition between the top 64 players across eight teams. Season 1, which was streamed on JioCinema, achieved a cumulative reach of 70 million+ and over 1.1 million minutes of viewership.
The second season of GEPL promises a revamped team format, updated guidelines, and heightened competition, building on the immense success of its debut edition. The finals, scheduled for January 2025, will crown the next e-Cricket Icon, solidifying GEPL’s stature as a global esports phenomenon.
