Invest4Edu, a platform that offers education planning, saving and investment services, has secured $3 million in seed funding led by prominent family offices.
The funds will be used to accelerate growth and deepen the company’s impact in the early education planning and financial support domains.
Invest4Edu, which operates in B2C and B2B2C segments, is also working on bolstering its sales & marketing, tech, and outreach programs. The company aims to leverage these resources to significantly increase its reach, enhance services, and elevate customer satisfaction. By strategically expanding its footprint across institutions, partnerships, and geographies, Invest4Edu aims to drive even more rapid user growth and solidify its position as a leading player in the Ed-Fintech sector.

The average spending on higher education in India is $73 billion while for study abroad it is $50 billion. Indian education is growing with a CAGR of 10% while the overseas education market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 12%-14%. Keeping these numbers in mind, Invest4Edu’s addressable market size is upwards of $2.5 billion.
Going forward, the company has an aggressive growth plan charted out. Invest4Edu aims to capture a significant share of the education planning market, targeting over 1.5 million users and empowering a million families by the next two years. The company’s revenue goals include building a $250 million Mutual Fund AUM and a monthly SIP book of $6 million.
The Ed-Fintech start-up was founded by financial, technology, and digital veterans Peeyush Agrawal, Rozy Efzal, Hemika Tanwar, Chintan Kotak, Tushar Bopche, Aditya Agarwala, and Manoj Sharma in 2021. Invest4Edu is headquartered in Mumbai.
Within the last year, Invest4Edu has created more than 50,000 user education journeys on the platform. It has built a network of 100+ business partners across financial services, skill-building programs, expert collaborations, and institutional offerings. Through its financial literacy program for youth, the company has trained more than 8000 young minds on financial literacy and enabled them to generate work opportunities.
