IndusInd Bank has announced the appointment of Amitabh Kumar Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Back in July, Zubin Mody, who was the CHRO of the bank, resigned after a two-decade association with the bank.
Amitabh Kumar Singh brings 28 years of experience in Human Resources.
He will lead the Bank’s Human Capital strategy, focusing on succession planning, governance enhancement, organizational effectiveness, and building leadership pipelines aligned with the Bank’s growth ambitions. Further, he is responsible for strengthening cultural alignment, driving digitisation of HR processes, and fostering an environment of performance, inclusion, integrity and innovation.
Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, he spent two decades in senior leadership roles across the ICICI Group, including as CHRO at ICICI Home Finance, and held key roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and ICICI Bank.
Singh holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources (PMIR) from XISS, Ranchi.
