House of Biryan (HOB), the chef-led, tech-powered QSR, has officially landed in Dubai. The brand launches with two cloud kitchens in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) & Mirdif.
Founded in 2022 by Mohammed K. Bhol and Mikhail Shahani, HOB has scaled from one kitchen in Mumbai to 20 outlets across India, serving over 10 million bowls. The brand now eyes 40+ kitchens globally by 2026
