Set to make their debut in the Hockey India League (HIL 2024-25), UP Rudras unveiled their jersey. The orange and blue jersey embodies the philosophy of the 11 Rudras – symbolizing energy, power, and resilience.
The name UP Rudras draws inspiration from the mighty 11 Rudras, a representation of strength and protection in Indian mythology. With 11 players on the field, the team’s philosophy reflects their drive to bring courage, determination, and harmony into every match they play.
Speaking at the launch, Team Captain Hardik Singh said, “The Hero Hockey India League is set to mark a new era for Indian hockey, and it’s an honor to be part of it.
