H & R Johnson India (Prism Johnson) announced the appointment of Abhishek Jain as President – Sales (Tiles). He brings almost two decades of experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic vision.
Before joining H & R Johnson India, Abhishek Jain served as the General Manager – Furnishings at Asian Paints. In his previous role, Abhishek successfully conceptualized and built the offline home décor business from scratch, achieving significant growth while spearheading all aspects of product design, sourcing, logistics, and sales & marketing objectives.
His ability to influence cross-functional leaders and develop large, distributed teams has been a key factor in his success. He has consistently demonstrated a strong capability in solving new and uncharted business challenges, setting, and achieving ambitious objectives.
Abhishek holds a PGDM in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
