Global Sports announced its partnership with Sportainment as the official broadcasting partner for the Pickleball Open 2025 – Dubai, taking place from May 8 to May 11, 2025. This partnership ensures that fans across the globe can catch every match, every point, and all the action live: anytime, anywhere.
The event will be broadcast exclusively via the Sportainment app, available for download on Android and iOS. Sportainment streaming platform combines live sports broadcasting with entertainment elements, offering a more immersive and engaging viewing experience. These platforms often utilize technology like AR, interactive features, and gamified elements to enhance fan engagement, potentially including player statistics, career highlights, and access to fan communities.
With a prize pool of $50,000, the Pickleball Open 2025 is set to be one of the most prestigious tournaments in the region, attracting top talent from across the globe. The event is organized in collaboration with PickleTurf Pickleball Club Dubai and Dubai Sports Council and will be hosted at PickleTurf’s state-of-the-art indoor facility at Mina Rashid.
Tennis icon and six-time Grand Slam champion Sania Mirza joins the tournament as a partner, alongside entrepreneur Anam Mirza, adding star power and credibility to the event.
