Girnar Finserv (GFPL), an affiliate of InsuranceDekho, has acquired SeedsAI, a SaaS platform for LLM orchestration and AI automation, marking its first strategic move in the AI and corporate brokerage space.
Post this acquisition by GFPL, InsuranceDekho intends to leverage SeedsAI’s expertise and infrastructure to enhance its technology architecture and explore next-generation AI-led solutions in the future. The focus will be on strengthening operational efficiency, optimizing distribution, improving underwriting and claims accuracy, and enhancing fraud detection and customer experience.
The acquisition includes the onboarding of SeedsAI’s founders, Vansh Miglani and Shubham Khatri. The SeedsAI founding team will join GFPL as part of this acquisition and will collaborate within the broader Girnar ecosystem to chart the roadmap for AI-driven innovation across business functions.
