GABIT, a full-stack longevity health-tech platform, has acquired Näck, a clean, science-led nutrition brand.
Founded in 2020 by Malin Petersson, Sahil Marwaha, Philip Göransson, Kelsang Dolma, Anthony Igoe, and Ricky Teja, Näck is a Swedish-Indian wellness brand known for transparent, science-backed nutrition emphasizing honesty and clean ingredients.
Näck’s supplements are formulated to meet recommended dietary allowances (RDA) where applicable, carry Informed Choice certification, with every batch rigorously tested against 250+ banned substances, making them trusted by athletes and everyday users alike.
With this acquisition, GABIT brings together health tracking, blood work, personalised fitness and nutrition plans, longevity skincare, and clean nutrition under one system.
Post-acquisition, Näck’s supplements will be embedded into GABIT’s platform, allowing users to track how supplement intake impacts measurable outcomes such as sleep quality, recovery, and metabolic health.
Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta and Arpana Shahi, GABIT was built on a simple belief: health should be easy to understand, personalised to the individual, and proven by data.
GABIT’s titanium-built Smart Ring, personalised health coaching supported by AI, and science-backed longevity skincare already help users take control of the 4 pillars of health: fitness, sleep, stress, and nutrition, in a way that fits into daily life.
Beyond tracking, GABIT combines continuous data with personalised actions, nudges, and personalised fitness and nutrition plans to help users actually improve their health, not just track it.
Through the Gabit Smart Ring, smart scale, CGM integrations, and in-depth blood work, users can track over 150 health markers and biomarkers across sleep, recovery, nutrition, metabolism, stress, and long-term health trends, all in one place.
Gaurav Gupta, Founder of GABIT, said, “Näck stands for nutrition that is simple, transparent, and rooted in science. At GABIT, we’ve always believed that health is interconnected. This acquisition is a natural next step, because the impact of what you put into your body should be just as measurable as how you move, sleep, recover, and live. When supplements, diagnostics, and continuous tracking come together, health stops being vague and starts becoming measurable.”
Arpana Shahi, Founder of GABIT, said, “Good habits feel even better when they show up in your data. Imagine taking a supplement for better sleep and actually being able to measure its effect on your deep sleep. Or adjusting your nutrition through supplements and seeing tangible changes in recovery, energy, or metabolic health. That’s the future of health we’re building.”
