The Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), an Indian FMCG conglomerate, has announced a strategic partnership with o9, an AI-powered enterprise software platform, to drive digital transformation in demand and distribution planning across its key business verticals.
The collaboration supports DS Group’s broader digital transformation agenda, which aims to improve forecast accuracy, increase supply chain visibility, and drive operational excellence across its core business divisions.
The extensive reach of DS Group’s multi-echelon distribution network, encompassing General Trade, Modern Trade, ecommerce, quick commerce and institutional channels, alongside its diverse portfolio, required more efficient planning capabilities.

The project follows a structured, milestone-driven rollout and involves close collaboration between DS Group’s leadership, cross-functional business users, service provider PwC India, and o9’s technical and consulting teams.
