Dentsu Singapore announced the appointment of Rahul Thappa as Managing Director of Customer Experience Management (CXM) & Media, effective 3 January 2025.
With over two decades of experience in the media industry, Rahul has led digital transformation and product innovation across pay-TV platforms, marketing agencies and content companies, and with expertise in customer analytics, ad tech and martech, workflow automation and deal management. He also brings with him an understanding of the evolving needs of brands in this region, having spent close to 15 years driving digital transformation in Malaysia and Singapore.
