LegaXy, a global sports and entertainment company, has announced its merger with Tossco, the cricket talent agency.
The collaboration brings Tossco’s on-ground cricketing expertise and trusted player-first approach with LegaXy’s global vision, brand-building strength, and media innovation. Together, the merged entity aims to create careers that extend well beyond the pitch, turning athletes into enduring brands with worldwide influence.
With this merger, prominent cricketers such as Yuzvendra Chahal, Rahul Tewatia, Harshal Patel, Shashank Singh, Sai Kishore, and Jayant Yadav will now be part of LegaXy talent pool.
By pooling expertise, LegaXy and Tossco aim to ensure that Indian athletes can compete not only on the field but also in the business of sports worldwide.
Tossco was founded by former first-class cricketers Prateek Pawar and Priyank Tehlan. As part of the integration, Prateek and Priyank will join LegaXy’s leadership team, bringing invaluable field experience and deep player relationships to the table. The collaboration will focus on expanding athlete reach, securing global endorsements, and innovating at the intersection of sports, media, IPs and commerce.
Prateek Pawar and Priyank Tehlan, Co-founders of Tossco, said, “As former cricketers, we built Tossco with a player-first ethos, deep relationships, and an understanding of what athletes truly need. Joining LegaXy allows us to take that ethos global while giving our players access to unmatched resources, brand-building power, and worldwide opportunities. For us, this is about creating meaningful careers for cricketers beyond the game itself.”
Amitesh Shah, Founder & CEO, and Aneesh Gautam & Pawan, Co-Founders, LegaXy, said, “At LegaXy, this merger represents both scale and vision. By integrating Tossco – a brand synonymous with cricketing credibility and trust – we are combining our collective strengths to create new opportunities for our athletes on the global stage. This partnership will enable us to develop powerful sports brands, establish impactful IPs, expand avenues for visibility, and set new benchmarks in athlete representation in India.”
