Channel Factory Intelligence contains Channel Factory’s AI solutions, incorporating both brand suitability and contextual precision across digital video platforms while ensuring advertisers increase return on ad spend with optimization.
Chatbot Assistant, Channel Factory’s AI data analyst, embedded within ActivateIQ. By combining analytics with Channel Factory’s contextual intelligence, the assistant helps advertisers make adjustments to campaigns, content, and ad spending, preventing waste on audiences or markets. The assistant delivers campaign performance summaries that support transparency between ad agencies and their technology partners.
Media Intelligence Hub is a dashboard that centralizes campaign data across platforms and surfaces insights, such as media cost, delivery, and performance. Instead of juggling reports, advertisers get a view that reduces inefficiencies, breaks down data silos, and supports decision-making.
The hub enables advertisers to move from reactive to proactive strategies, while built-in machine learning forecasts trends, automates reporting, and provides optimization recommendations. Advertisers can adjust budgets and improve ROI by reducing media waste with tracking of planned versus actual spending and delivery.
The two analytics, insights, and reporting tools announced are the first products available within the intelligence suite and can be used via Channel Factory’s AI-driven media activation and optimization platform for campaigns, ActivateIQ.
