Casagrand, a real estate developer in India, announced the appointment of Bollywood actor couple Genelia and Riteish Deshmukh as brand ambassadors for West India. The collaboration is aimed at strengthening the brand’s presence and emotional connect with homebuyers in the region.
As part of this partnership, the brand has rolled out a 360-degree marketing campaign that spans television, digital, outdoor, and print media.
The campaign is anchored by a TV commercial set at Casagrand Caladium in Upper Kharadi. The film opens with Genelia showing Riteish their new home, highlighting natural light, architectural elements, and spacious living. The narrative shows how Casagrand Caladium offers more than a residence, showcasing features such as a 13,500 sq ft clubhouse, rooftop infinity pool, oxygen-infused gym, themed gardens, and a sky cinema.
