Burson, a global public relations and communications firm, today announced that Jamie Corr has joined Burson Sports, a specialist sports practice based in Lausanne as Managing Director.
Jamie brings a wealth of experience from a highly successful career in international sports marketing and communications, most recently at MKTG, a global sports and entertainment marketing agency, where he served as Senior Vice President EMEA of Sponsorship & Consultancy. His previous roles include senior positions at the International Olympic Committee, GMR, and Hill & Knowlton. Corr was recently recognized in the top five of PR Week’s ‘Sports Agency Leaders’.
Corr succeeds Lars Haue-Pedersen, who is stepping down after more than 20 years of leading the agency. Haue-Pedersen will continue as a Senior Advisor.
