Best Power Equipments India (BPE) has announced the appointment of Arokianathan Prabhu as Executive Director – Technical (Global Operations). Prabhu joins the company to oversee technical functions and operations across its global markets.
With over 25 years of distinguished experience across the telecom, data center, and energy sectors, Prabhu has been instrumental in building high-availability, mission-critical infrastructure across markets. His professional journey spans leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Airtel International LLP (Africa operations), Nxtra Data, Telenor, and Aircel, where he led large-scale technology modernization and energy efficiency initiatives.
At BPE, Prabhu will oversee global technical operations and strategy – driving excellence in engineering, project execution, and sustainability-driven innovation.
Throughout his career, Prabhu has championed the deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy integration, and environmentally responsible infrastructure scaling. His academic credentials include a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Electronics & Communications Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management – reinforcing his blend of technical and managerial acumen.
