BharatPe, a financial services and UPI payments platform, announced the appointment of Shilpi Kapoor as its new Head of Marketing.
With over two decades of experience in scaling high-impact brands, Kapoor is tasked with spearheading the company’s brand strategy, integrated marketing, and digital growth mandates across its portfolio.
Shilpi Kapoor brings a wealth of cross-industry expertise, having held senior leadership roles at major global and Indian brands, including American Express, Renault, Godfrey Phillips, Bharti Airtel, and Coca-Cola.
Kapoor joins BharatPe from Airtel Payments Bank, where she served as the Chief Marketing Officer, playing a pivotal role in establishing the bank as a leading digital financial institution. Her notable achievements there included the creation of the “Safe Second Account” category and scaling the monthly transacting user base to over 100 million.
