BharatPe, a financial services and UPI payments platform, announced the appointment of Harshita Khanna as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her new role, Harshita will lead BharatPe’s people strategy, focusing on building a strong performance-driven culture, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving organization-wide transformation to support the company’s growth ambitions.
A strategic HR professional, Harshita brings over 18 years of experience across global organizations. Before joining BharatPe, she served as Chief People Officer at Home Credit India, where she led large-scale change management and cultural transformation initiatives, implemented digital HR solutions, and enhanced workforce engagement. She has also held leadership roles at Alcatel Lucent, CSC, and Aon Hewitt, specializing in total rewards, performance management, and organizational design.
