Axirium Aerospace, an aerospace component manufacturing company, has raised $3.5 million in a seed funding round led by Shastra VC and BEENEXT. The round also saw participation from angel investors, including Ashish Gupta (Ex-MD & Co-founder, Helion Advisors) and PVS Raju (Vice Chairman, AIG Hospitals).

The funds raised will be used to build its advanced precision-manufacturing capabilities, expand its engineering, quality, and operations teams, establish its production facility, strengthen its supplier ecosystems and global customer outreach, and lay the foundation for future Tier-1 and Tier-2 partnerships.

Founded in 2025 by Nishant Khurana (CEO), Neeraj Agarwal (CBO), and Piyush Agarwal (CCO), Axirium Aerospace is an aerospace component manufacturing company.
