Asirvad Microfinance, a microfinance company and a material subsidiary of Manappuram Finance, announced the appointment of Gerard David Manoj Pasangha as its Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO).
In his new role, Manoj Pasangha will spearhead Asirvad’s expansion strategy, enhance operational excellence, and drive innovation in product offerings and service delivery. He will work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen Asirvad’s commitment to financial inclusion and sustainable growth across India. He will be-based in Valapad, Kerala.
Manoj Pasangha brings over three decades of leadership experience across the financial services industry. Before joining Asirvad, he served as President and Deputy CEO at IIFL Samasta, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s footprint and enhancing operational efficiency. His earlier roles include Executive Vice President at ING Life India and Chief Operating Officer, South Zone at Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. (a 100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank), where he was instrumental in advancing digital transformation and inclusive finance initiatives.
