In his new role, Shashi will lead the people strategy for API Holdings, with a focus on strengthening organisational capability, elevating people practices, and building a future-ready organization.
With two decades of cross-industry HR leadership experience across global organisations like Infosysand Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Shashi brings deep expertise in talent strategy, HR transformation and fostering an inclusive culture that drives business success. Over the course of his career, Shashi has led large-scale transformation initiatives and supported business expansion across multiple geographies.
