API Holdings, the parent company of PharmEasy and Thyrocare, announced the appointment of Rahul Guha, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Thyrocare Technologies, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of API Holdings in an additional role.
This comes after the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of API Holdings, Siddharth Shah, has been re-designated as Director and Vice Chairman of the company.
In his expanded role, he will continue to focus on long-term growth and integration throughout the ecosystem while leading Thyrocare’s ongoing transformation and growth.
Guha previously served as President of Operations at API Holdings, where he played a key role in aligning operations across the API group of companies.
