Arvind Fashions (AFL), a fashion casual wear and denim company, announced that Amisha Jain has taken charge as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Shailesh Chaturvedi, who stepped down from the role effective September 30, 2025.
The company had earlier announced this leadership transition on July 16, 2025, as part of a planned succession strategy approved by the Board of Directors.
Amisha Jain joined the company on August 13, 2025, bringing with her extensive leadership experience across the retail, fashion, and consumer sectors. Her appointment aligns with the company’s strategic focus on strengthening operational excellence, brand equity, and digital transformation. Her previous stints include senior leadership positions at Levi Strauss & Co., Zivame, Nike India, and Arvind.
