3TENX, a professional haircare brand, has raised an undisclosed amount in strategic funding from Wolfpack Labs.

The fresh capital raised will be used for its digital expansion strategy and to strengthen its nationwide distribution network across multiple channels. The company plans to scale its online presence while deepening penetration in tier-2 and tier-3 markets.

The company also plans to expand its retail footprint beyond Sephora to additional modern trade and specialty beauty stores, doubling down on salon partnerships with enhanced education programs and exclusive professional ranges, investing in R&D to launch innovative product lines addressing diverse hair concerns and building brand awareness through strategic partnerships and community-driven marketing initiatives.

Founded in 2024 by Aankith Aroraa and Megha Arora, 3TENX is a science-led professional haircare brand. The brand focuses on delivering “salon-grade” results for home use, specifically tailored for Indian hair concerns like frizz, brittleness, and damage.

3TENX combines scientific innovation with natural ingredients to deliver transformative haircare experiences. The brand serves both professional stylists and consumers through salon partnerships, modern retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

The brand crossed 2,000+ salon partnerships and secured retail presence at Sephora within its first 18 months, demonstrating exceptional product-market fit in a competitive landscape.

The company has achieved ₹50 crore ARR in its first 18 months, as it accelerates its mission to make premium haircare accessible across India.

Megha Arora, Co-Founder & MD, 3TENX, said, “Our experience with Olaplex revealed a massive opportunity in the Indian market. 3TENX is essentially Olaplex made accessible for India. While premium international brands resonated with salon professionals, consumers wanted salon-quality results at accessible price points. We’ve created formulations that deliver international efficacy but are bottled and priced specifically for Indian consumers.”

Aankith Aroraa, Co-Founder & CEO, 3TENX, said, “Achieving ₹50 crore ARR in just 18 months validates our vision and execution. This isn’t just about building another haircare brand; it’s about creating a movement that empowers individuals to achieve professional-grade results at home. With Wolfpack Labs’ strategic support, we’re poised to reach our ₹100 crore revenue target while maintaining the quality and innovation that define 3TENX.”

Aakash Anand, Founder, Wolfpack Labs, said, “It’s rare to find a brand that combines a fantastic product with great scale potential. Aankith and Megha achieved ₹50 crore ARR in their first 18 months, which is exceptional. This partnership will help the brand scale significantly on online channels where we see tremendous opportunity for growth. Their deep understanding of both the professional salon channel and consumer behavior positions 3TENX uniquely in the market.”

Prerna Gupta, Co-Founder, Wolfpack Labs, said, “What excites us most about 3TENX is that it offers international efficacy products bottled and priced for Indian consumers. This is the perfect product-market fit for India’s growing beauty market. The brand’s rapid scaling from salon partnerships to modern retail, combined with impressive customer retention metrics, demonstrates execution excellence. We’re thrilled to support their journey to becoming India’s leading homegrown professional haircare brand.”
