Zurich Kotak General Insurance Company (formerly Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Company) has announced the appointment of Ajey Hegde as its new Head of Commercial Insurance.
Ajey Hegde is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Prior to this, he was the the Executive Vice President – Property & Energy at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited. He was responsible for overseeing the Direct and Broking SBU within the Property and Energy Product Tower. Earlier, Hegde held various roles of increasing responsibility at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Private Limited, Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd., SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd. and Pioneer Insurance Brokers.
