You Care Lifestyle (YCL) has announced the strategic appointments of Abidali Dantrelia, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mugdha Parolia as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
Abidali Dantrelia brings more than 18 years of experience across sectors including health tech, artificial intelligence (AI), and telecom. Prior to joining YCL, he was the CEO of Reset Tech Global Pvt. Ltd., where he led the company to win the ‘Start-up of the Year’ award in 2021 and secure $2 million in funding. He is also recognized for his role in the creation of the Aayu App, a digital health platform presented to Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the International Day of Yoga 2022. At YCL, his role will focus on scaling the company’s credibility marker, the YCL Stamp, which verifies the authenticity of wellness brands.
Mugdha Parolia, with 14 years of experience in wellness, research, and business strategy, steps into the role of Chief Strategy Officer at YCL. Previously, she was instrumental in launching the Luke Coutinho podcast and online wellness courses, both of which have become key educational platforms in holistic health. At YCL, she will lead strategic partnerships, drive the growth of the verification platform, and strengthen consumer trust through evidence-based content and rigorous testing processes, aiming to set new industry standards for transparency and product integrity.
