Yotta Data Services, a Hiranandani Group company has acquired IndiQus Technologies, the parent company of Apiculus, a cloud platform provider.
Founded in 2013, Apiculus works with Telecoms service providers globally and enables them to build a profitable sovereign cloud business. Apiculus is currently deployed in 17 countries, primarily across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and aims to make cloud accessible to everyone, everywhere and build sovereign clouds in 100+ countries.
With the acquisition of IndiQus Technologies, Yotta addresses a significant void in the Made-in-India Cloud and AI platform Realm, reducing dependence on foreign enterprises to fulfil India’s Digital Transformation needs.
IndiQus Founders Sunando Bhattacharya and K B Shiv Kumar will step into the roles of Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, respectively, at Yotta.
